These General Conditions of Sale govern the online sales methods of a wide range of products dedicated to the reduction of the presence of solid particulates inside fuel tanks and, in some cases, to the reduction of the presence of water in filtered fuels, from part of GreenTek Hub Srl through our website www.dryingbag.com (hereinafter the “Site”).
For greater clarity and transparency, this section contains the main conditions of sale and general information. For any doubts or information, you can contact us at the email address info@dryingbag.com. All contractual relationships between GreenTek Hub Srl and the customer are governed by these General Conditions of Sale, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the products.
Acceptance of the Conditions of Sale
The Customer, by sending electronic confirmation of his purchase order, accepts and undertakes to observe these conditions of sale in his relations with GreenTek Hub Srl. The Customer acknowledges that GreenTek Hub Srl is not bound to conditions of sale other than those indicated here, unless previously agreed in writing.
GreenTek Hub Srl reserves the right to change the conditions of sale in the future. In this case, they will only be effective for purchase orders placed by the Customer after their publication on the Site. Therefore, we invite the Customer to read the latest version of the conditions of sale before placing any purchase order and possibly print a copy or save it on computer support.
For anything not expressly regulated in these General Conditions of Sale, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 22 May 1999. 185 and subsequent amendments, to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (the “Consumer Code”) and subsequent amendments, and to Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 and subsequent amendments, and to the regulations of the Italian Civil Code.

- 1.1 GreenTek Hub Srl, with registered office in Bologna, Via del Battirame 6/3, VAT number 02234540561 (hereinafter simply the “Company”).
- 1.2 Any request for information or clarification can be made directly to the Company by writing an email to info@dryingbag.com.
2. Commercial Policy
- 2.1 The Company offers, through the Site, a wide range of Drying Bags, designed to dry damp clothes and accessories, avoiding the formation of mould and bad odours.
- 2.2 All the products on the Site correspond to the best quality standards in the sector. The Company does not sell products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
- 2.3 The essential characteristics of the products offered by the Company are presented with specific descriptive sheets, visible directly on the Site.
3. Sales Contract and Methods of Purchase of the Products
- 3.1 These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the sale of the Company's Products through the Site.
- 3.2 These General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Company, which are referred to on the Site via hyperlinks or banners. The Company, therefore, is not responsible for the provision of services and/or products, as well as for the conclusion of any contract between the user and third parties other than the Company.
- 3.3 The user can proceed with the purchase of one or more Products on the Site, as described in the relevant sections, by selecting them and placing them in the purchasing "cart". At the end of the selection of the desired Products, in the "your cart" section, a screen will be displayed for sending the order with the indication of all the data entered, which the user is required to verify.
- 3.4 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept, even partially, the Purchase Order. Such refusal does not give rise to any right, indemnity and/or compensation of any nature towards the Company.
4. Prices
- 4.1 All sales prices of the Products on the Site are expressed in Euros and include VAT (if applicable) and any indirect taxes (if applicable), while they do not include shipping costs, which are counted in the "Cart Total" and which the user undertakes to pay to the Company in addition to the Price indicated on the Site.
- 4.2 The Prices of the individual Products, published from time to time, cancel and replace any previous Prices. In any case, the Prices applied are those indicated on the Site at the time of the Purchase Order and reiterated within the latter.
5. Availability of Products
- 5.1 It is possible to purchase only the Products indicated in the online catalogue that are indicated as available on the Site.
- 5.2 The Products that are expressly indicated on the Site as "Product not currently available" are no longer available for purchase.
- 5.3 If, following the completion of the Purchase Order by the user, the chosen Product is no longer available, the Company will cancel the Purchase Order, subsequently refunding the amount paid within 30 days.
6. Payments
- 6.1 I Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or through the payment system offered by PayPal.
- 6.2 At no time during the purchase procedure is the Company able to know the information relating to the credit card transmitted via a secure connection directly to the PayPal site or other Service Providers that manage the transaction. No computer archive relating to the payment instruments of the Price is in any way accessible to the Company, therefore in no case can the Company be held responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use of credit cards by third parties upon payment of Products purchased.
7. Transport and Delivery
- 7.1 The Company will deliver, to the address specified at the time of the Purchase Order, the Products selected and ordered, in the manner indicated below.
- 7.2 The Products ordered will be delivered in packaging suitable to guarantee their integrity during transport. Shipping is carried out via courier with delivery to the address indicated directly in the order.
- 7.3 To deliver the Products, the user must provide all the necessary information, including the shipping address and telephone number of the recipient. Delivery will only take place in the hands of the recipient indicated on the consignment note. The Carrier reserves the right to request a suitable identification document from the recipient of the shipment.
- 7.4 Upon receiving the Product, the user is required to check: (i) that the quantity of the Products ordered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document; (ii) that the packaging is intact, not damaged or, in any case, altered even in the closing materials. Once the Carrier's transport document has been signed, it will not be possible to make any objection to the Company regarding the characteristics of what was delivered.
- 7.5 If the Carrier is unable to deliver the Products due to the absence of the recipient or his delegate at the indicated address, the Carrier may contact the recipient again by telephone in the following days, so as to complete the delivery of the Product. In the event of non-delivery of the Product, a further contact attempt may be made by the Carrier at no additional cost to the user until the second delivery attempt.
- 7.6 If the package delivered by the Carrier is visibly damaged and broken, the user must reject the shipment to the sender. In this case, the Company will take care of recovering the shipment and arranging for a new shipment. If the shipment consisted of multiple packages and not all were damaged, please return only the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's note "With Reserve". The Company will recover the damaged package and replace it. If the product to be replaced is out of stock, you will be contacted to replace it with another product or to credit the residual value.
8. Right of Withdrawal
- 8.1 In accordance with the legal provisions in force, and with particular reference to the Consumer Code, the Consumer user (any natural person who operates on the Site for purposes not related to his professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity) has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Products without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products. The decision to withdraw must be communicated to the Company via an explicit declaration, which may be sent by registered mail. or by any other suitable means. The registered letter is considered sent in good time if it has been delivered to the accepting post office within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
- 8.2 After the return authorization and receipt of the same, GreenTek Hub Srl will check the product. The product must be intact, in its original packaging, complete with all its parts and any additional documentation. The lack/breakage of any contents of the packaging makes it impossible to exercise the right of withdrawal. GreenTek Hub Srl will fully refund the Customer the sums paid for the purchase of the product; The only costs for returning the Product to the sender and the costs and/or tariffs and commissions due to the various payment service providers, Paypal, Stripe or banking institution remain the responsibility of the Customer. Returns at the expense of the recipient will not be accepted.
- 8.3 Once it has been verified that the returned product is completely intact in all its parts, GreenTek Hub Srl undertakes to proceed with the reimbursement of the purchase price no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal request following receipt and verification of the subject product of return or demonstration by the customer that he has sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. Shipping is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in the event of damage to the product during transport, the customer will be notified who will have to collect it at his own expense no later than 30 days. After this deadline the product will be disposed of.
- 8.4 The right of withdrawal expires upon assembly or use of the product even for testing purposes only. The right of withdrawal also expires completely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where GreenTek Hub Srl ascertains:
- The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport; - 8.5 In the event that the right of withdrawal is not applicable, GreenTek Hub Srl will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
9. Non-Conforming Products
In the event that the Products are not intact, are already "open" or in any case present characteristics that do not comply with what is described in the descriptive sheets on the Site, the user must report the circumstance by writing an e-mail to info@dryingbag. com indicating the relevant Order Number, any defect that may be found on the same, no later than 24 hours from receipt of the Product. Any report sent after the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. If the Product is damaged, the recipient is required not to take personal action with the courier and to agree in advance with GreenTek Hub Srl on the possible return of the package. To demonstrate the damage, the exhibition of images necessary to open the claim file with the courier may be requested; these images must show the extent and nature of the damage as well as the state of the packaging. Any returns of goods not previously agreed between the parties will be paid exclusively by the Customer and will not be refunded.
10. Legal Guarantee of Product Conformity and Reporting of Conformity Defects
- 10.1 The Company guarantees that the Products will conform to the descriptions published on the Site. However, the application of any guarantee is excluded in the event of use of the Product that does not conform to that of the Product and to the instructions/warnings in this regard provided by the Company, or reported in the illustrative reference documentation. Under no circumstances can GreenTek Hub Srl products guarantee the functioning of the components on board the vehicle, both OEM and aftermarket. The products are covered by warranty only for manufacturing defects for the legal period, 24 months, from the date shown on the purchase receipt. All GreenTek Hub Srl products are always consumables and subject to the regulations connected to them. This guarantee obviously does not apply in the event that the filter has done its job and is no longer able to proceed with operation either due to saturation of the matrix/adapter or due to wear/breakage of the same (prolonged and burdensome use of the same). This guarantee does not apply in the event of damage due to improper use, incorrect assembly, damage of any type, physical or chemical, or anything else that does not derive from intrinsic defects of the product itself.
- 10.2 Following receipt of the communication, the Company will evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by the user and, after having carried out quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the Product, will decide, at its own discretion, whether to authorise the return of the Products by providing feedback via email to the address provided during the registration process on the Site. The authorization to return the Products will in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained after the return itself. The Products for which the Company has authorised the return must be returned by the user, at his expense and under his sole responsibility, together with a copy of the communication of authorization for the return and the purchase receipt of the Product itself, to the following address: GreenTek Hub Srl, with registered office in Bologna, Via dell'Elettricista 2/3. The Product will not be collected by the Company in the absence of even one of the above elements.
- 10.3 If the Company is required to refund the Price paid, the refund will be made, where possible, using the same payment method used when purchasing the Product.
11. Seller's Responsibilities
- 11.1 By not guaranteeing the functioning of the components on board the vehicle (both OEM and aftermarket), GreenTek Hub Srl cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or breakages of any type.
- 11.2 GreenTek Hub Srl cannot be held responsible for the "end of useful life" of either consumables, such as fuel filters or seals, or mechanical or mechatronic parts such as petrol pumps, fuel level detection systems, electronic injection systems.
- 11.3 GreenTek Hub Srl cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the vehicle due to incorrect use of its products, incorrect assembly, incompetence/carelessness or misinterpretation of the assembly instructions.
- 11.4 Furthermore, GreenTek Hub Srl will not be liable for damages caused by its products due to defects, imperfections, or hidden problems present on the vehicles where the products will be mounted and used. These hidden problems are not attributable to GreenTek Hub Srl and will have to be resolved by the customer at his expense.
- 11.5 GreenTek Hub Srl assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to third parties (including the courier) and due to force majeure and/or fortuitous events, such as accidents, thefts and/or robberies of the courier in charge of delivery, fires, explosions, strikes and /or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the times and in the manner agreed upon. GreenTek Hub Srl will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs suffered following failure to execute the contract for the causes mentioned above, the consumer having the right only to a refund of the price paid. Likewise, GreenTek Hub Srl is not responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of bank data, checks and other means of payment.
12. Privacy
All information relating to the processing of personal data can be obtained by consulting the Information on the processing of personal data on the Site.
13. Information Contained on the Site
Any information or news provided on this Site, in particular any information or news relating to health conditions, medical and/or preventive treatments, medications, pathologies or disorders is presented purely for indicative and general purposes and with the exclusive informative objective of guiding you. to a correct choice when purchasing the Products. This Site does not provide medical advice and does not replace in any way the advice of your doctor. In the presence of pathologies, it is necessary to consult your doctor before use.
14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Conditions of Sale are intended to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these conditions of sale and purchase orders for the products, the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State, has exclusive jurisdiction. In any other case, the Court of Bologna will have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Updates and Changes
These General Conditions of Sale may be periodically modified by the Company based on the development of its commercial policy, as well as in compliance with any updates and legislative changes. Each concluded contract is considered completed on the basis of the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time of the order and published on the Site. All updates and modifications will be regularly published on the Site and will be immediately effective from the date of publication on the same.
