Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.



Right of Withdrawal


In accordance with current legal provisions, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of our products without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, we ask you to follow these simple steps:


1. Notice of Withdrawal: Send an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw by e-mail to info@dryingbag.com or by registered letter with return receipt. addressed to GreenTek Hub Srl, Via dell'Elettricista 2/3, Bologna, VAT number 02234540561. Make sure that the communication is sent within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.


2. Return of the Product: After receiving our return authorization, send us the product intact, in its original packaging and complete with all its parts and accessory documentation. Return shipping is at your expense and under your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


3.Return conditions: The product must be returned intact and unused. The lack of or damage to any part of the packaging or product makes it impossible to exercise the right of withdrawal. The package should be sent to GreenTek Hub Srl, Via Panfi Anselmo 19, 50025 Montespertoli, Italy.


4. Refund: Once the product has been received and verified, we will refund the purchase price no later than 14 calendar days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.



Defective or Non-Compliant Products


If you have received a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing  a info@dryingbag.com with your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We ask you to attach photos that clearly show the defect or problem encountered.



Replacement Process


1. Problem Report: Send a report via email within 24 hours of receiving the product, indicating the order number and describing the defect or problem.


2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your report, we will evaluate the problem and provide you with instructions for returning the defective product.


3. Replacement or Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will replace it or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.
